A complete gut renovation to a house on Long Island, NY resulted in wide open views of the water. With the updated exterior design still fitting in with the neighbors, the interior reveals unexpected modern design with no detail spared.

Center Store Design
A recently published post in Contract Magazine's blog 'Talk Contract' is asking grocery retailers to re-think their center store experience (where it is typically aisle after aisle of endless packaged foods). This reminded me of a project FOLEYiNK worked on with 10Red Design, where we sliced the center store experience wide open to allow the preferrred perimeter store experience (organic, fresh, nutritious, new) to feed into and fill up the belly of the store.
Massing Studies for Building Expansion

Demolition has begun on the Mount Pleasant Branch Library in Washington, DC for renovation and expansion. FOLEYiNK has been working on the project for nearly 3 years with HMA2 architects of NYC, providing design and visualization services. Excited to see it moving along!
